Where to begin..... Buying a home can be a daunting new experience for any first time homebuyer. These are the real world skills that should be taught in high school, because I can only imagine how much of a challenge it would be if one didn’t have a realtor like Dana. Dana is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to help me understand the process. At times I may have been asking questions that were irrelevant but she took the time to explain the ins and outs of the each step and made sure I had a comfortable understanding. I can remember on multiple occasions exchanging text messages late in the evening, but not once did she wait until the following day to respond. One night in particular, I simply asked “what’s next?”; the response I received seemed to be a memoir. She explained each of the following steps in detail in a way that I could comprehend. She took time out of her personal life to ensure I was well informed and it made me confident knowing I had someone like her in my corner. I can’t thank Dana enough for her support and willingness to help in my buying process. After a year I relocated over 400 miles away, and had to sell my home. I knew exactly who I was going to call to help me with this process. You guessed it, Dana. I thought buying a home was tough, imagine selling a home 400 miles away. Once again, Dana explained everything to me and made sure I knew and understood what was happening throughout the whole process. She even coordinated repair work to be done because she knew that it would be tough for me to do so far away. I thought it was going to be tough and stressful, but Dana made it all so seamless.
