My family has been talking about moving for about a year now and we finally decided to move forward with the process in the late Fall of 2016.. We knew the market in our area was extremely fast moving and we wanted to work with someone who had their finger on the pulse of all the comings and goings in Collierville. We went with Dana Whitworth based on friends suggestions and also by knowing her personally. Things progressed quickly from the first meeting and we started looking around for homes within the first week. Following her insight we put out home on the market and within a short amount of time we found a new home and sold ours! The high level of service did not end with there and she helped us to negotiate with the sellers of the house we had found and even made calls to several business concerning repairs that needed to be made. Because of my families busy schedule, doing many of these follow ups with the repair companies would have been very arduous. Dana did not hesitate and went above and beyond what I would have expected an agent to do. There was always a personal touch with her reaching out to my family and even including my children in showing them "their" rooms at prospective houses. We are now moved into our new home and we are still in touch with Dana. I think that the moving experience was made more simple and more efficient due to the level of service she provided!

We were familiar with the excellent reputation of Crye-Leike and just needed to narrow it down to a specific agent. We chose Dana when my wife came across her profile on the Crye-Leike website and said "she looks like a nice, trustworthy person." As usual, her gut feeling was right. From our first phone call to the close of the sale, Dana exceeded our expectations. Her patience and genuine care for our interests was evident and she helped us feel comfortable with this investment in our future. Dana's knowledge of the community was equally impressive and helpful in us making an informed decision. Above all, what we found most admirable was her availability. If we needed something, she was there to accommodate our schedule, regardless of the time or day. Because our taste was so specific (and changed at times), we looked dozens of houses in what felt like every neighborhood in the mid-south; all the while, Dana worked tirelessly to find our family our perfect home. We developed a special relationship with Dana because it was never about a house and the money, it was about a home and our family. We are happy to call her our realtor but even happier to call her a friend.
